Both apartments are on the second floor of our house. Each has its own covered balcony with a dining area and lounge, offering views over Maria Alm, the church and the surrounding mountains.
What if it rains? Just sit back and enjoy a cup of tea...sheltered and dry on the balcony. Or make yourself cosy indoors with the underfloor heating.
The Blue Apartment has the larger balcony. The Red Apartment offers more indoor space. Which is a better fit for your holiday?

Good to know
Both apartments are on the second floor and are accessible by stairs. There is no lift. One parking space in our private courtyard is available for each apartment. The ski storage room is on the ground floor.
A cot is available on request, subject to availability. When booking, please state how many children are travelling and their ages.. so we can arrange suitable sleeping options.
