Two Apartments. Two personalities.
Two distinctive Alpine apartments on the second floor...each with its own balcony and one parking space at the house.
It’s about a four-minute walk to the village square and five minutes to the Natrunbahn. Behind the house are meadows, fields and the sound of the stream. This gives you short walking distances in a peaceful, idyllic setting.
Panoramic views, short walks and peace and quiet. At Almblick, you can enjoy it all at once.
Blue Apartment
43 m² total area, including a 12 m² balcony
A spacious balcony with a dining area and lounge. Blue-and-white accents recall our family’s Bavarian roots.
Red Apartment
48 m² total area, including an 8 m² balcony
A private balcony with a dining area and lounge. Red-and-white accents reflect our connection to Austria and the Salzburger Land region.
The view that gave the house its name
Many locals affectionately call Maria Alm simply „Oim“ (= colloquial for Alm = alpine pasture). From your own balcony, you look out over the village, the church and the surrounding mountains. The view changes with every season and connects your stay with the village. This view of (Maria) Alm gave our house its name: Almblick.
A house with a history
In the early 1960s, my father came to Maria Alm as one of its first ski holidaymakers and fell in love with the village. He bought a plot of land here in 1969, and our house was built in 1971 and 1972.
I have continued running it with my family since 2015. Maria Alm has been the centre of our lives since 2018. In our family, we affectionately and jokingly called Maria Alm ‘paradise’ .
Today, we share two apartments in this house and our love of Maria Alm with our guests.
Arrive well prepared
Both apartments are on the second floor. There is no lift. A ski storage room on the ground floor is reserved for the two holiday apartments. One parking space in our private courtyard is available for each apartment.
