Practical Information for your stay

Prices are for two people per night:

Each additional person from the third guest onwards is charged € 20 per person per night.

Final cleaning costs € 95 per apartment and stayIn addition, the mobility levy and local tourist tax are charged in accordance with the applicable regulations. The total price for your stay, including taxes and final cleaning, will be shown when you book. You’ll find our best rate when booking directly on our website.

The minimum stay in low season is 3 nights. In high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.

• Autumn low season: bis 18. Dezember 2026
• Winter high season: 19. Dezember 2026 bis 27. März 2027
• Spring low season: 28. März bis 19. Mai 2027
• Summer high season: 19 May to 11 September 2027
• Autumn low season: 11 September to 28 November 2027
• Winter high season: 28 November 2027 to 15 April 2028

Availability & Booking

A deposit of 30% of the total price is required for a binding booking. The deposit is credited towards the total price.

The accommodation agreement is concluded with our written booking confirmation and your agreement to pay the deposit. Please pay the deposit within seven days of receiving the booking confirmation. If arrival is within the next seven days, the deposit is due immediately.

You can pay the deposit by bank transfer or by credit card via a SumUp payment link. Please note that payments made via a SumUp payment link are subject to a 2.5% surcharge. The remaining balance is due on arrival and can be paid in cash or by debit or credit card.

For bookings with Almblick Apartments, the booking and stay conditions published on our website apply, in particular the provisions regarding prices, payment terms, arrival and departure, and cancellations. Where these conditions expressly regulate a specific matter, they take precedence over the General Terms and Conditions for the Hotel Industry 2006 (AGBH 2006) in relation to that matter. For all matters not expressly covered, the AGBH in the version applicable to the booking shall apply additionally. Mandatory statutory provisions remain unaffected.

You may cancel the accommodation contract free of charge up to 31 days before the agreed arrival date. After that, the following cancellation fees apply, calculated on the total package price:

• Up to and including 31 days before arrival: free of charge
• Between 30 and 8 days before arrival: 30 %
• Between 7 and 1 day(s) before arrival: 70 %
• On the day of arrival until 6:00 p.m.: 90 %

Maßgeblich ist der Zeitpunkt, zu dem deine Rücktrittserklärung bei uns einlangt. Eine geleistete Anzahlung wird auf eine allfällige Stornogebühr angerechnet. Diese Fristen und Gebühren basieren auf den Rücktrittsregelungen in § 5.5 und § 5.6 der AGBH 2006. www.wko.at

We will hand over the key to you personally when you arrive. Contactless key collection is available by prior arrangement. In this case, we will leave the key for you once the full payment has been received.

The nearest bus stop is about a 7-minute walk away. From Maria Alm, there are bus connections to destinations including Saalfelden, Dienten and Mühlbach. During the day, buses run approximately hourly to and from Saalfelden. You can find the latest connections in the train table.

Saalfelden station has direct train connections to Salzburg, Innsbruck, Vienna and Zurich, and in high season also to Germany. Please check the current timetable.

A Hochkönig Card is not included in our offer.

Both apartments are on the second floor and can only be reached by stairs. There is no lift, so the apartments are not accessible for people with limited mobility.

One parking space in our private courtyard is available for each apartment.

On the ground floor, you will find a ski storage room reserved exclusively for guests of the two holiday apartments.

Both apartments have a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and coffee machine, as well as their own private covered balcony with a dining area and lounge seating.

And if it rains? Sit back and enjoy a cup of tea...sheltered and dry on the balcony. 

Cold outside? Inside, underfloor heating throughout keeps things warm and cosy.

Bed linen and towels are included. Wi-Fi is available free of charge. Sleeping arrangements for each apartment can be found under Apartments.

Young children are also welcome. Subject to availability, we are happy to provide a cot, high chair and toys on request. Please let us know what you need when making your enquiry if possible. Please supervise children on the balcony.

Please be considerate of other residents and neighbours. Quiet hours are from 22:00 to 6:00. Stag parties are not permitted.

Only people registered with the booking may stay overnight. Please therefore include babies and children in the booking. Keep the shared hallway and ski storage room tidy.

Please separate waste into plastic & metal, paper & cardboard, glass, organic waste and residual waste. Waste separation and recycling are important to us.
