Pets and smoking<\/h5>

Pets are not allowed. We keep our apartments pet-free. However, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment. If guests arrive with a pet, check-in may be refused.<\/p>\n

Smoking is not permitted anywhere in the building or on the wooden balconies. Smoking is permitted in the courtyard.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Prices, taxes and final cleaning<\/h5>

Final cleaning costs \u20ac 95 per apartment and stay<\/strong>In addition, the mobility levy and local tourist tax are charged in accordance with the applicable regulations. The total price for your stay, including taxes and final cleaning, will be shown when you book. You\u2019ll find our best rate when booking directly on our website.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n

Minimum stay and seasons<\/h5>

The minimum stay in low season is 3 nights. In high season, the minimum stay is 7 nights, from Saturday to Saturday.<\/p>\n
